tÄra sparĹe nÄhi yÄya pativratÄ-dharma
kautuke lakᚣmÄŤ cÄhena kášášŁášera saáš gama
tÄra sparĹe - by the touching of KášášŁáša by LakᚣmÄŤ; nÄhi - does not; yÄya - disappear; pati-vratÄ-dharma - the vow of chastity; kautuke - in great fun; lakᚣmÄŤ - the goddess of fortune; cÄhena - wants; kášášŁášera - of Lord KášášŁáša; saáš gama - association.
This is the answer to Lord ĹrÄŤ Caitanya MahÄprabhuâs question, and from this we can understand that Veáš kaáša Bhaášáša knew the truth. He told ĹrÄŤ Caitanya MahÄprabhu that NÄrÄyaáša is a form of KášášŁáša associated with transcendental opulence. Although KášášŁáša is two-armed and NÄrÄyaáša four-armed, there is no difference in the person. They are one and the same. NÄrÄyaáša is as beautiful as KášášŁáša, but KášášŁášaâs pastimes are more sportive. It is not that the sportive pastimes of KášášŁáša make Him different from NÄrÄyaáša. LakᚣmÄŤâs desiring to associate with KášášŁáša was perfectly natural. In other words, it is understandable that a chaste woman wants to associate with her husband in all his different dresses. Therefore one should not criticize LakᚣmÄŤ for wanting to associate with KášášŁáša.
