yaḥ–That yogÄ« who; Ästhitaḥ–taking shelter; mÄm–in Me; ekatvam–in My nondifferent form; sarva-bhÅ«ta-sthitam–situated in the heart of every being (as the Supersoul, My four-armed form measuring one prÄdeÅ›, the distance between the thumb and forefinger); bhajati (mÄm)– worships Me with devotion (based on hearing, chanting, and remembering); saḥ yogī–such a yogÄ«; vartate–abides; mayi (eva)–in Me alone; varta-mÄnaḥ api–although present; sarvathÄ–in all circumstances (whether engaged in the execution of scripturally prescribed duties or not).
