(he) mahÄ-bÄho–O subduer of the enemy; tasmÄt–therefore; yasya–he whose; indriyÄṇi–senses; nigá¹›hÄ«tÄni–are withdrawn; sarvaÅ›aḥ– fully; indriya-arthebhyaḥ–from the sense objects; tasya–his; prajñÄ–wisdom; pratiṣṭhitÄ–is firmly established. [68]

Therefore, O subduer of the enemy, one whose senses are fully withdrawn from their objects is a person of firmly established wisdom.
