tṛṇa-pīṭha-bṛṣīṣv etān

sa-bhāryo 'vanije mudā

trina -- of grass; pitha -- on seats; brishishu -- and on mats of darbha; etan -- them; aniteshu -- which were brought; upavesya -- making sit; sah -- he; sva-agatena -- with words of welcome; abhinandya -- greeting them; anghrin -- their feet; sa-bharyah -- together with his wife; avanije -- washed; muda -- with pleasure.


Texto

After bringing mats of grass and darbha straw and seating his guests upon them, he greeted them with words of welcome. Then he and his wife washed their feet with great pleasure.
