श्रीशुक उवाच
इति देवान्समादिश्य भगवान् पुरुषोत्तमः ।
तेषामन्तर्दधे राजन्स्वच्छन्दगतिरीश्वरः ॥२६॥

iti devÄn samÄdiÅ›ya
bhagavÄn puruá¹£ottamaḥ
teá¹£Äm antardadhe rÄjan
svacchanda-gatir īśvaraḥ

 Å›rÄ«-Å›ukaḥ uvÄca - ÅšrÄ« Åšukadeva GosvÄmÄ« said; iti - thus; devÄn - all the demigods; samÄdiÅ›ya - advising; bhagavÄn - the Supreme Personality of Godhead; puruá¹£a-uttamaḥ - the best of all persons; teá¹£Äm - from them; antardadhe - disappeared; rÄjan - O King; svacchanda - free; gatiḥ - whose movements; Ä«Å›varaḥ - the Personality of Godhead.

Åšukadeva GosvÄmÄ« continued: O King ParÄ«ká¹£it, after advising the demigods in this way, the independent Supreme Personality of Godhead, the best of all living entities, disappeared from their presence.
