 tam - him; vilokya - seeing; acyutaḥ - Lord Kṛṣṇa; dÅ«rÄt - at a distance; priyÄ - of His beloved consort; paryaá¹…kam - on the bed; Ästhitaḥ - seated; sahasÄ - immediately; utthÄya - rising; ca - and; abhyetya - coming forward; dorbhyÄm - in His arms; paryagrahÄ«t - embraced; mudÄ - with pleasure.

At that time Lord Acyuta was seated on His consort’s bed. Spotting the brÄhmaṇa at some distance, the Lord immediately stood up, went forward to meet him and with great pleasure embraced him.
