caritvÄ te tam á¹›tvijaḥ
ÄcÄntaá¹ snÄpayÄá¹ cakrur
gaá¹…gÄyÄá¹ saha kṛṣṇayÄ

 patnÄ«-saá¹yÄja - the ritual performed by the sponsor of the sacrifice and his wife consisting of oblations to Soma, TvaṣṭÄ, the wives of certain demigods, and Agni; avabhá¹›thyaiḥ - and the rituals which solemnize the completion of the sacrifice; caritvÄ - having executed; te - they; tam - him; á¹›tvijaḥ - the priests; ÄcÄntam - having sipped water for purification; snÄpayÄm cakruḥ - they had him bathe; gaá¹…gÄyÄm - in the Ganges; saha - along with; kṛṣṇayÄ - DraupadÄ«.

The priests led the King through the execution of the final rituals of patnÄ«-saá¹yÄja and avabhá¹›thya. Then they had him and Queen DraupadÄ« sip water for purification and bathe in the Ganges.
