iti sma rÄjÄ sampṛṣṭaḥ
kṛṣṇenÄnanta-mÅ«rtinÄ
mÄdhavaá¹ praṇipatyÄha
kirīṭenÄrka-varcasÄ

 Å›rÄ«-Å›ukaḥ uvÄca - Åšukadeva GosvÄmÄ« said; iti - thus; sma - indeed; rÄjÄ - the King; sampṛṣṭaḥ - questioned; kṛṣṇena - by Lord Kṛṣṇa; ananta - unlimited; mÅ«rtinÄ - whose forms; mÄdhavam - to Him, Lord MÄdhava; praṇipatya - bowing down; Äha - he spoke; kirīṭena - with his helmet; arka - like the sun; varcasa - whose brilliance.

Åšukadeva GosvÄmÄ« said: Thus questioned by Kṛṣṇa, whose forms are unlimited, the King, his helmet as dazzling as the sun, bowed down to Lord MÄdhava and replied as follows.
