nÄrÄyaṇa jagat-pate
ÄtmÄnandena pÅ«rṇasya
karavÄṇi kim alpakaḥ

 arcitam - to Him who had been worshiped; punaḥ - further; iti - as follows; Äha - he (King Nagnajit) said; nÄrÄyaṇa - O NÄrÄyaṇa; jagat - of the universe; pate - O Lord; Ätma - within Himself; Änandena - with pleasure; pÅ«rṇasya - for Him who is full; karavÄṇi - may I do; kim - what; alpakaḥ - insignificant.

King Nagnajit first worshiped the Lord properly and then addressed Him: “O NÄrÄyaṇa, Lord of the universe, You are full in Your own spiritual pleasure. Therefore what can this insignificant person do for You?â€
