 Å›rÄ«-Å›ukaḥ uvÄca - Åšukadeva GosvÄmÄ« said; iti - thus; abhipretya - ascertaining; ná¹›pateḥ - of the King; abhiprÄyam - the mentality; saḥ - he; yÄdavaḥ - AkrÅ«ra, the descendant of King Yadu; suhá¹›dbhiḥ - by his well-wishers; samanujñÄtaḥ - given permission to leave; punaḥ - again; yadu-purÄ«m - to the city of the Yadu dynasty; agÄt - went.

Åšukadeva GosvÄmÄ« said: Having thus apprised himself of the King’s attitude, AkrÅ«ra, the descendant of Yadu, took permission from his well-wishing relatives and friends and returned to the capital of the YÄdavas.
