sanÄtanera dehe kṛṣṇa kaṇá¸u upajÄñÄ
ÄmÄ parÄ«ká¹£ite ihÄá¹… dilÄ pÄá¹­hÄñÄ

 sanÄtanera - of SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ«; dehe - in the body; kṛṣṇa - Lord Kṛṣṇa; kaṇá¸u - itches; upajÄÃ±Ä - manifesting; ÄmÄ - Me; parÄ«ká¹£ite - to test; ihÄá¹… - here; dilÄ pÄá¹­hÄÃ±Ä - has sent.

“Kṛṣṇa somehow or other manifested these itching sores on the body of SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ« and sent him here to test Me.
