 ká¹›tamÄlÄya - in the Ká¹›tamÄlÄ River; snÄna kari' - bathing; ÄilÄ - came; tÄá¹…ra - of the brÄhmaṇa; ghare - to the home; bhiká¹£Ä - offering of alms; ki dibena - what shall give; vipra - the brÄhmaṇa; pÄka - cooking; nÄhi kare - did not do.

After bathing in the river Ká¹›tamÄlÄ, ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu went to the brÄhmaṇa’s house to take lunch, but He saw that the food was unprepared because the brÄhmaṇa had not cooked it.
