sabhÄte kahila sei Å›loka-vivaraṇa

 hena-kÄle - at this time; sei - that; mahÄrÄṣṭrÄ«ya brÄhmaṇa - the brÄhmaṇa of Maharashtra province; sabhÄte - in the meeting; kahila - declared; sei - that; Å›loka-vivaraṇa - the description of the ÄtmÄrÄma-Å›loka explained by ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu.
