sarva-vedÄnta-sÄraá¹ hi
Å›rÄ«mad-bhÄgavatam iá¹£yate
tad-rasÄmá¹›ta-tá¹›ptasya
nÄnyatra syÄd ratiḥ kvacit
sarva-vedÄnta-sÄram - the best part of all the VedÄnta; hi - certainly; Å›rÄ«mad-bhÄgavatam - the great literature about BhagavÄn; iá¹£yate - is accepted; tat-rasa-amá¹›ta - by the transcendental mellow derived from that great literature; tá¹›ptasya - of one who is satisfied; na - never; anyatra - anywhere else; syÄt - is; ratiḥ - attraction; kvacit - at any time.
“ ‘ŚrÄ«mad-BhÄgavatam is accepted as the essence of all Vedic literature and VedÄnta philosophy. Whoever tastes the transcendental mellow of ÅšrÄ«mad-BhÄgavatam is never attracted to any other literature.’
