vraje vidhi ninde gopī-gaṇa
sei saba Å›loka paá¸i', mahÄprabhu artha kari',
sukhe mÄdhurya kare ÄsvÄdana

 kṛṣṇa - Lord Kṛṣṇa; dekhi' - seeing; nÄnÄ jana - various persons; kaila - did; nimiá¹£e - due to the blinking of the eyes; nindana - blaming; vraje - in Vá¹›ndÄvana; vidhi - Lord BrahmÄ; ninde - blame; gopÄ«-gaṇa - all the gopÄ«s; sei saba - all those; Å›loka - verses; paá¸i' - reciting; mahÄprabhu - ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu; artha kari' - explaining the meaning; sukhe - in happiness; mÄdhurya - transcendental sweetness; kare - does; ÄsvÄdana - tasting.

“After seeing Kṛṣṇa, various people criticize the blinking of their eyes. In Vá¹›ndÄvana especially, all the gopÄ«s criticize Lord BrahmÄ because of this defect in the eyes.†Then ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu recited some verses from ÅšrÄ«mad-BhÄgavatam and explained them vividly, thus enjoying the taste of transcendental sweetness with great happiness.
