tÄá¹…ra nÄbhi-padma haite uá¹­hila eka padma
sei padme ha-ila brahmÄra janma-sadma

 tÄá¹…ra nÄbhi-padma haite - from His lotus navel; uá¹­hila - grew; eka - one; padma - lotus flower; sei padme - on that lotus flower; ha-ila - there was; brahmÄra - of Lord BrahmÄ; janma-sadma - the place of generation.

“A lotus flower then sprouted from the lotus navel of that GarbhodakaÅ›ÄyÄ« Viṣṇu. That lotus flower became Lord BrahmÄ’s birthplace.
