śuka-śārikā prabhura hāte uḍi' paḍe
prabhuke śunāñā kṛṣṇera guṇa-śloka paḍe

 Ĺ›uka-śārikā - the parrots, male and female; prabhura - of ŚrÄŤ Caitanya Mahāprabhu; hāte - on the hand; uḍi' - flying; paḍe - fall; prabhuke - ŚrÄŤ Caitanya Mahāprabhu; Ĺ›unāùā - causing to hear; kṛṣṇera - of Lord Kṛṣṇa; guṇa-śloka paḍe - chanted verses about the transcendental qualities.


Text

Both parrots flew onto the hand of the Lord and began to chant the transcendental qualities of Kṛṣṇa, and the Lord listened to them.
