ataeva 'rÄdhikÄ' nÄma purÄṇe vÄkhÄne
kṛṣṇa-vÄñchÄ - of the desire of Lord Kṛṣṇa; pÅ«rti-rÅ«pa - of the nature of fulfillment; kare - does; ÄrÄdhane - worship; ataeva - therefore; rÄdhikÄ - ÅšrÄ«matÄ« RÄdhikÄ; nÄma - named; purÄṇe - in the PurÄṇas; vÄkhÄne - in the description.
Her worship [ÄrÄdhana] consists of fulfilling the desires of Lord Kṛṣṇa. Therefore the PurÄṇas call Her RÄdhikÄ.
The name “RÄdhĆis derived from the root word ÄrÄdhana, which means “worship.†The personality who excels all in worshiping Kṛṣṇa may therefore be called RÄdhikÄ, the greatest servitor.
