ye–Those who; yatanti–strive; jarÄ-maraṇa-moká¹£Äya–for freedom from disease and death; ÄÅ›ritya–taking shelter, placing their trust and devotion; mÄm–in Me; te–they; viduḥ–know; tat brahma–that Brahma; adhyÄtmam–the individual soul; ká¹›tsnam–in full; cha–and; akhilam–all; karma–the action by which the souls are bound to worldly existence.
