gÄm ÄviÅ›ya cha bhÅ«tÄni dhÄrayÄmy aham ojasÄ puṣṇÄmi chauá¹£adhīḥ sarvÄḥ somo bhÅ«tvÄ rasÄtmakaḥ [13]

  1. ÄviÅ›ya cha–Entering; gÄm–the earth; aham–I; dhÄrayÄmi–maintain; bhÅ«tÄni–the living beings; ojasÄ–by My potency. bhÅ«tvÄ cha–And becoming; rasa-Ätmakaḥ–the essential; somaḥ–moon; (aham) puṣṇÄmi–I nourish; sarvÄḥ–all; auá¹£[13]

Entering the earth, I maintain all beings by My potency; and in the form of the life-giving moon, I nourish the crops.
