yach chÄvahÄsÄrtham asatká¹›to ’si vihÄra-Å›ayyÄsana-bhojaneá¹£u eko ’thavÄpy achyuta tat-samaká¹£aá¹ tat ká¹£Ämaye tvÄm aham aprameyam [42]
ajÄnatÄ–Not knowing; tava–Your; mahimÄnam–greatness; idam cha–and this (universal form); pramÄdÄt–inadvertantly; praṇayena vÄ api–and due to intimacy; sakhÄ iti matvÄ–thinking of You as a friend; yat uktam–whatever has been said; prasabham–rashly; mayÄ–by me; iti–thus: he kṛṣṇa–“O Kṛṣṇa; he yÄdava–YÄdava; he sakhe–my friendâ€; (he) achyuta–O infallible one; yat asat-ká¹›taḥ asi–whatever disrespect I have shown You; avahÄsa-artham–in jest; vihÄra-Å›ayyÄ-Äsana-bhojaneá¹£u–in recreation, resting, sitting, eating; ekaḥ–alone; athavÄ–or; api–even; tat-samaká¹£am–in the presence of others; tat–for all this; aham–I; tvÄm aprameyam ká¹£Ämaye–beg You, the inconceivable, to please forgive me.
