tatah -- then; kumarah -- the infant; sanjatah -- born; vipra -- the brahmana's; patnyah -- of the wife; rudan -- crying; muhuh -- for some time; sadyah -- suddenly; adarsanam apede -- he disappeared; sa -- along with; sarirah -- his body; vihayasa -- through the sky.

The brahmana's wife then gave birth, but after the newborn infant had been crying for a short time, he suddenly vanished into the sky in his selfsame body.
