ity ādiśya nṛpān kṛṣṇo

bhagavān bhuvaneśvaraḥ

teṣāḿ nyayuńkta puruṣān

striyo majjana-karmaṇi

sri-sukah uvaca -- Sukadeva Gosvami said; iti -- thus; adisya -- ordering; nripan -- the kings; krishnah -- Krishna; bhagavan -- the Supreme Lord; bhuvana -- of all the worlds; isvarah -- the master; tesham -- of them; nyayunkta -- engaged; purushan -- menservants; striyah -- and women; majjana -- of cleansing; karmani -- in the work.
