udasinah -- indifferent; ca -- and; deha-adau -- to the body and so on; atma-aramah -- self-satisfied; dhrita -- holding firmly; vratah -- to your vows; mayi -- upon Me; avesya -- concentrating; manah -- the mind; samyak -- completely; mam -- to Me; ante -- in the end; brahma -- the Absolute Truth; yasyatha -- you will go.

Be detached from the body and everything connected to it. Remaining self-satisfied, steadfastly keep your vows while concentrating your minds fully on Me. In this way you will ultimately attain Me, the Supreme Absolute Truth.
