manujeṣu ca sā vṛṣnīn
śūram ānakadundubhim
vyalikhad rāma-kṛṣṇau ca
pradyumnaḿ vīkṣya lajjitā
aniruddhaḿ vilikhitaḿ
vīkṣyoṣāvāń-mukhī hriyā
so 'sāv asāv iti prāha
smayamānā mahī-pate
manujeshu -- among the humans; ca -- and; sa -- she (Citralekha); vrishnin -- the Vrishnis; suram -- Surasena; anakadundubhim -- Vasudeva; vyalikhat -- drew; rama-krishnau -- Balarama and Krishna; ca -- and; pradyumnam -- Pradyumna; vikshya -- seeing; lajjita -- becoming shy; aniruddham -- Aniruddha; vilikhitam -- drawn; vikshya -- seeing; usha -- Usha; avak -- bending down; mukhi -- her head; hriya -- out of embarrassment; sah asau asau iti -- "That's the one! That's the one!"; praha -- she said; smayamana -- smiling; mahi-pate -- O King.
Srila Visvanatha Cakravarti gives this further insight: When Usha saw the picture of Pradyumna, she became bashful because she thought, "This is my father-in-law." Then she saw the picture of her lover, Aniruddha, and cried out in joy.
