sarit -- the rivers; vana -- forests; giri -- mountains; dronih -- and valleys; vikshan -- seeing; kusumitan -- flowering; druman -- the trees; krishnam -- about Krishna; samsmarayan -- inspiring remembrance; reme -- he took pleasure; hari-dasah -- the servant of Lord Hari; vraja-okasam -- for the residents of Vraja.
Srila Sridhara Svami points out that as Uddhava wandered about Vrindavana, he reminded Vraja's residents of Krishna by asking them questions about the pastimes the Lord had performed in each of these places, namely the rivers, forests, mountains and valleys. Thus Uddhava himself enjoyed great transcendental bliss in their association.
