सर्वान्कामान् दुदुहतुः प्रजानां तस्य रोदसी ।
समास्त्रिणवसाहस्रीर्दिक्षु चक्रमवर्तयत् ॥३२॥

sarvÄn kÄmÄn duduhatuḥ
prajÄnÄá¹ tasya rodasÄ«
samÄs tri-ṇava-sÄhasrÄ«r
diká¹£u cakram avartayat

 sarvÄn kÄmÄn - all necessities or desirable things; duduhatuḥ - fulfilled; prajÄnÄm - of the subjects; tasya - his; rodasÄ« - this earth and the heavenly planets; samÄḥ - years; tri-nava-sÄhasrīḥ - three times nine thousand (that is, twenty-seven thousand); diká¹£u - in all directions; cakram - soldiers or orders; avartayat - circulated.

MahÄrÄja Bharata provided all necessities for his subjects, both on this earth and in the heavenly planets, for twenty-seven thousand years. He circulated his orders and distributed his soldiers in all directions.
