विभुरिन्द्रः सुरगणा राजन्भूतरयादयः ।
हिरण्यरोमा वेदशिरा ऊर्ध्वबाह्वादयो द्विजाः ॥३॥

vibhur indraḥ sura-gaṇÄ
rÄjan bhÅ«tarayÄdayaḥ
hiraṇyaromÄ vedaÅ›irÄ
Å«rdhvabÄhv-Ädayo dvijÄḥ

 vibhuḥ - Vibhu; indraḥ - the King of heaven; sura-gaṇÄḥ - the demigods; rÄjan - O King; bhÅ«taraya-Ädayaḥ - headed by the BhÅ«tarayas; hiraṇyaromÄ - HiraṇyaromÄ; vedaÅ›irÄ - VedaÅ›irÄ; Å«rdhvabÄhu - ŪrdhvabÄhu; Ädayaḥ - and others; dvijÄḥ - the brÄhmaṇas or ṛṣis who occupied the seven planets.

O King, in the millennium of Raivata Manu the King of heaven was known as Vibhu, among the demigods were the BhÅ«tarayas, and among the seven brÄhmaṇas who occupied the seven planets were HiraṇyaromÄ, VedaÅ›irÄ and ŪrdhvabÄhu.
