कृत्वा शिरसि तच्छेषां देवमुद्वासयेत् ततः ।
द्व्यवरान्भोजयेद् विप्रान्पायसेन यथोचितम् ॥४३॥

ká¹›tvÄ Å›irasi tac-cheá¹£Äá¹
devam udvÄsayet tataḥ
dvy-avarÄn bhojayed viprÄn
pÄyasena yathocitam

 ká¹›tvÄ - taking; Å›irasi - on the head; tat-Å›eá¹£Äm - all the remnants (the water and flowers offered to the Deity); devam - unto the Deity; udvÄsayet - should be thrown into a sacred place; tataḥ - thereafter; dvi-avarÄn - a minimum of two; bhojayet - should feed; viprÄn - brÄhmaṇas; pÄyasena - with sweet rice; yathÄ-ucitam - as each deserves.

After touching to one’s head all the flowers and water offered to the Deity, one should throw them into a sacred place. Then one should feed at least two brÄhmaṇas with sweet rice.
