तयापहृतविज्ञानस्तत्कृतस्मरविह्वलः ।
भवान्या अपि पश्यन्त्या गतह्रीस्तत्पदं ययौ ॥२५॥

tat-kṛta-smara-vihvalaḥ
bhavÄnyÄ api paÅ›yantyÄ
gata-hrīs tat-padaṠyayau

 tayÄ - by Her; apahá¹›ta - taken away; vijñÄnaḥ - good sense; tat-ká¹›ta - done by Her; smara - by the smiling; vihvalaḥ - having become mad for Her; bhavÄnyÄḥ - while BhavÄnÄ«, the wife of Lord Åšiva; api - although; paÅ›yantyÄḥ - was seeing all these incidents; gata-hrīḥ - bereft of all shame; tat-padam - to the place where She was situated; yayau - went.

Lord Åšiva, his good sense taken away by the woman because of lusty desires to enjoy with Her, became so mad for Her that even in the presence of BhavÄnÄ« he did not hesitate to approach Her.
