स तु वृत्रस्य परिघं करं च करभोपमम् ।
चिच्छेद युगपद् देवो वज्रेण शतपर्वणा ॥२५॥

sa tu vṛtrasya parighaṁ
karaᚁ ca karabhopamam
ciccheda yugapad devo
vajreṇa śata-parvaṇā

 saḼ - he (King Indra); tu - however; vṛtrasya - of Vṛtrāsura; parigham - the iron club; karam - his hand; ca - and; karabha-upamam - as strong as the trunk of an elephant; ciccheda - cut to pieces; yugapat - simultaneously; devaḼ - Lord Indra; vajreṇa - with the thunderbolt; Ĺ›ata-parvaṇā - having one hundred joints.
