yan mÄá¹ tvaá¹ paripṛṣá¹avÄn
pracetasÄá¹ nÄradasya
saá¹vÄdaá¹ hari-kÄ«rtanam
etat - this; te - unto you; abhihitam - instructed; ká¹£attaḥ - O Vidura; yat - whatever; mÄm - unto me; tvam - you; paripṛṣá¹avÄn - inquired; pracetasÄm - of the PracetÄs; nÄradasya - of NÄrada; saá¹vÄdam - conversation; hari-kÄ«rtanam - describing the glories of the Lord.
ÅšrÄ«mad-BhÄgavatam describes the glories of the Lord and His devotees. Because the whole subject matter is the glorification of the Lord, naturally the glorification of His devotees automatically follows.
