yadi vrajiá¹£yasy atihÄya mad-vaco
bhadraá¹ bhavatyÄ na tato bhaviá¹£yati
sambhÄvitasya sva-janÄt parÄbhavo
yadÄ sa sadyo maraṇÄya kalpate
yadi - if; vrajiá¹£yasi - you will go; atihÄya - neglecting; mat-vacaḥ - my words; bhadram - good; bhavatyÄḥ - your; na - not; tataḥ - then; bhaviá¹£yati - will become; sambhÄvitasya - most respectable; svajanÄt - by your own relative; parÄbhavaḥ - are insulted; yadÄ - when; saḥ - that insult; sadyaḥ - immediately; maraṇÄya - to death; kalpate - is equal.
