ब्राह्मणप्रमुखान्वर्णान्भृत्यामात्यपुरोधसः ।
पौरान्जानपदान्श्रेणीः प्रकृतीः समपूजयत् ॥२॥

brÄhmaṇa-pramukhÄn varṇÄn
bhá¹›tyÄmÄtya-purodhasaḥ
paurÄñ jÄna-padÄn Å›reṇīḥ
prakṛtīḥ samapūjayat

 brÄhmaṇa-pramukhÄn - unto the leaders of the brÄhmaṇa community; varṇÄn - to the other castes; bhá¹›tya - servants; amÄtya - ministers; purodhasaḥ - to the priests; paurÄn - to the citizens; jÄna-padÄn - to his countrymen; Å›reṇīḥ - to different communities; praká¹›tīḥ - to the admirers; samapÅ«jayat - he gave proper respects.

King Pá¹›thu thus satisfied and offered all respect to all the leaders of the brÄhmaṇas and other castes, to his servants, to his ministers and to the priests, citizens, general countrymen, people from other communities, admirers and others, and thus they all became happy.
