जीवतश्चान्त्राभ्युद्धारः श्वगृध्रैर्यमसादने ।
सर्पवृश्चिकदंशाद्यैर्दशद्भिश्चात्मवैशसम् ॥२६॥

jÄ«vataÅ› cÄntrÄbhyuddhÄraḥ
Å›va-gá¹›dhrair yama-sÄdane
sarpa-vṛścika-damÅ›Ädyair
daÅ›adbhiÅ› cÄtma-vaiÅ›asam

 jÄ«vataḥ - alive; ca - and; antra - of his entrails; abhyuddhÄraḥ - pulling out; Å›va-gá¹›dhraiḥ - by dogs and vultures; yama-sÄdane - in the abode of YamarÄja; sarpa - by serpents; vṛścika - scorpions; damÅ›a - gnats; Ädyaiḥ - and so on; daÅ›adbhiḥ - biting; ca - and; Ätma-vaiÅ›asam - torment of himself.

His entrails are pulled out by the hounds and vultures of hell, even though he is still alive to see it, and he is subjected to torment by serpents, scorpions, gnats and other creatures that bite him.
