सङ्गीतवद्रोदनवदुन्नमय्य शिरोधराम् ।
व्यमुञ्चन्विविधा वाचो ग्रामसिंहास्ततस्ततः ॥१०॥

saṅgītavad rodanavad
unnamayya Å›irodharÄm
vyamuñcan vividhÄ vÄco
grÄma-siá¹hÄs tatas tataḥ

 saá¹…gÄ«ta-vat - like singing; rodana-vat - like wailing; unnamayya - raising; Å›irodharÄm - the neck; vyamuñcan - uttered; vividhÄḥ - various; vÄcaḥ - cries; grÄma-siá¹hÄḥ - the dogs; tataḥ tataḥ - here and there.
