 kapotaḥ - the pigeon; ca - and; kapotÄ« - the she-pigeon; ca - and; prajÄ - of their children; poá¹£e - in the matter of maintaining; sadÄ - always; utsukau - eagerly engaged; gatau - having gone; poá¹£aṇam - food; ÄdÄya - bringing; sva - their own; nÄ«á¸am - to the nest; upajagmatuḥ - they approached.


Text

The pigeon and his wife were always anxious for the maintenance of their children, and they were wandering in the forest for that purpose. Having obtained proper food, they now returned to their nest.
