Purport

Muni-vÄsa-nivÄse kiá¹ ghaá¹etÄriṣṭa-darÅ›anam: there is no possibility of actual disturbances or inauspicious events in holy places inhabited by saintly persons. Thus the so-called disturbances in DvÄrakÄ were directly enacted by the Personality of Godhead for His own auspicious purpose.
