ity uktas taá¹ parikramya
namaskṛtya punaḥ punaḥ
tat-pÄdau śīrṣṇy upÄdhÄya
durmanÄḥ prayayau purÄ«m
iti - thus; uktaḥ - spoken to; tam - Him; parikramya - circumambulating; namaḥ-ká¹›tya - offering obeisances; punaḥ punaḥ - again and again; tat-pÄdau - His lotus feet; śīrṣṇi - upon his head; upÄdhÄya - placing; durmanÄḥ - unhappy in his mind; prayayau - he went; purÄ«m - to the city.
