 iti - thus; bruvati - while he was speaking; sÅ«te - the chariot driver; vai - indeed; rathaḥ - the chariot; garuá¸a-lÄñchanaḥ - marked with the flag of Garuá¸a; kham - into the sky; utpapÄta - arose; rÄja-indra - O king of kings (ParÄ«ká¹£it); sa-aÅ›va - along with the horses; dhvajaḥ - and flag; udÄ«ká¹£ataḥ - as he looked up, watching.

[Åšukadeva GosvÄmÄ« continued:] O foremost of kings, while the chariot driver was still speaking, before his very eyes the Lord’s chariot rose up into the sky along with its horses and its flag, which was marked with the emblem of Garuá¸a.
