itthaá¹ sÄrasvatÄ viprÄ
nṛṇÄm samÅ›aya-nuttaye
puruá¹£asya padÄmbhoja-
sevayÄ tad-gatiá¹ gatÄḥ

 Å›rÄ«-Å›ukaḥ uvÄca - Åšukadeva GosvÄmÄ« said; ittham - in this way; sÄrasvatÄḥ - living along the SarasvatÄ« River; viprÄḥ - the learned brÄhmaṇas; nṛṇÄm - of people in general; samÅ›aya - the doubts; nuttaye - to dispel; puruá¹£asya - of the Supreme Person; pada-ambhoja - of the lotus feet; sevayÄ - by service; tat - His; gatim - destination; gataḥ - attained.

Åšukadeva GosvÄmÄ« said: The learned brÄhmaṇas living along the river SarasvatÄ« came to this conclusion in order to dispel the doubts of all people. Thereafter they rendered devotional service to the Supreme Lord’s lotus feet and attained His abode.
