 bahu - with many; rÅ«pa - forms; eka - with one; rÅ«pam - form; tat - that (Saubha airship); dṛśyate - is seen; na - not; ca - and; dṛśyate - is seen; mÄyÄ-mayam - magical; maya - by Maya DÄnava; ká¹›tam - made; durvibhÄvyam - impossible to find; paraiḥ - by the enemy (the YÄdavas); abhÅ«t - it became.

At one moment the magic airship built by Maya DÄnava appeared in many identical forms, and the next moment it was again only one. Sometimes it was visible, and sometimes not. Thus ÅšÄlva’s opponents could never be sure where it was.
