sÄdhayitvÄ kratuḥ rÄjñaḥ
kṛṣṇo yogeśvareśvaraḥ
uvÄsa katicin mÄsÄn
suhá¹›dbhir abhiyÄcitaḥ
sÄdhayitvÄ - accomplishing; kratuḥ - the soma sacrifice; rÄjñaḥ - of the King; kṛṣṇaḥ - Lord Kṛṣṇa; yoga-īśvara - of the masters of mystic power; īśvaraḥ - the supreme master; uvÄsa - resided; katicit - some; mÄsÄn - months; su-há¹›dbhiḥ - by His well-wishers; abhiyÄcitaḥ - begged.
Although Lord Kṛṣṇa is the master of all masters of yoga, such as Lord Åšiva, still He was controlled by King Yudhiá¹£á¹hira’s pure love. Thus the Lord personally saw to the successful completion of the King’s sacrificial performance. And after that He agreed to stay with His dear friends in Indraprastha for a few more months.
