nÄbhiḥ - the navel; nabhaḥ - the sky; agniḥ - fire; mukham - the face; ambu - water; retaḥ - the semen; dyauḥ - heaven; śīrá¹£am - the head; ÄÅ›Äḥ - the directions; Å›rutiḥ - the sense of hearing; aá¹…ghriḥ - the foot; urvÄ« - the earth; candraḥ - the moon; manaḥ - the mind; yasya - whose; dá¹›k - sight; arkaḥ - the sun; ÄtmÄ - self-awareness; aham - I (Åšiva); samudraḥ - the ocean; jaá¹haram - the abdomen; bhuja - the arm; indraḥ - Indra; romÄṇi - the hairs on the body; yasya - whose; oá¹£adhayaḥ - herbal plants; ambu-vÄhÄḥ - water-bearing clouds; keÅ›Äḥ - the hairs on the head; viriñcaḥ - Lord BrahmÄ; dhiá¹£aá¹‡Ä - the discriminating intelligence; visargaḥ - the genitals; prajÄ-patiḥ - the progenitor of mankind; há¹›dayam - the heart; yasya - whose; dharmaḥ - religion; saḥ - He; vai - indeed; bhavÄn - Your good self; puruá¹£aḥ - the primeval creator; loka - the worlds; kalpaḥ - produced from whom.
ÅšrÄ«la ÅšrÄ«dhara SvÄmÄ« explains that just as the tiny bugs living inside a fruit cannot comprehend the fruit, so we tiny living beings cannot understand the Supreme Absolute Truth, in whom we exist. It is difficult to understand the cosmic manifestation of the Lord, what to speak of His transcendental form as ÅšrÄ« Kṛṣṇa. Therefore we should surrender in Kṛṣṇa consciousness, and the Lord Himself will help us understand.
