eá¹£yÄmi te gá¹›haá¹ su-bhru
puá¹sÄm Ädhi-vikarÅ›anam
sÄdhitÄrtho 'gá¹›hÄṇÄá¹ naḥ
pÄnthÄnÄá¹ tvaá¹ parÄyaṇam

 eá¹£yÄmi - I will go; te - your; gá¹›ham - to the house; su-bhru - O you who have beautiful eyebrows; puá¹sÄm - of men; Ädhi - the mental distress; vikarÅ›anam - which eradicates; sÄdhita - having accomplished; arthaḥ - My purpose; agá¹›hÄṇÄm - who have no home; naḥ - for Us; pÄnthÄnÄm - who are traveling on the road; tvam - you; para - the best; ayanam - shelter.


Text

[Lord Kṛṣṇa said:] O lady with beautiful eyebrows, as soon as I fulfill My purpose I will certainly visit your house, where men can relieve their anxiety. Indeed, you are the best refuge for Us homeless travelers.

Purport

By the word agá¹›hÄṇÄm, ÅšrÄ« Kṛṣṇa indicated not only that He had no fixed residence but also that He was not yet married.
