eke tvÄkhila-karmÄṇi
sannyasyopaÅ›amaá¹ gatÄḥ
jñÄnino jñÄna-yajñena
yajanti jñÄna-vigraham
eke - some; tvÄ - to You; akhila - all; karmÄṇi - activities; sannyasya - resigning; upaÅ›amam - peace; gatÄḥ - attaining; jñÄninaḥ - pursuers of knowledge; jñÄna-yajñena - by the sacrifice of cultivating knowledge; yajanti - they worship; jñÄna-vigraham - the embodiment of knowledge.
Modern philosophers pursue knowledge without bothering to worship the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and thus they naturally end up with meager, if not trivial, results.
