ÅšrÄ«la JÄ«va GosvÄmÄ« explains that in this verse the word Änarcuḥ indicates that the residents of Vá¹›ndÄvana honored Nanda and Kṛṣṇa with such offerings as fragrances, garlands and garments brought from their homes.
