sapta-dvÄ«pera loka - people from all of the seven islands within the universe; Ära - and; nava-khaṇá¸a-vÄsÄ« - the inhabitants of the nine khaṇá¸as; deva - demigods; gandharva - the inhabitants of Gandharvaloka; kinnara - the inhabitants of Kinnaraloka; manuá¹£ya-veÅ›e - in the form of human beings; Äsi' - coming.

aindraá¹ kaÅ›eru sakalaá¹ kila tÄmraparṇam
anyad gabhastimad ataÅ› ca kumÄrikÄkhyam
nÄgaá¹ ca saumyam iha vÄruṇam antya-khaṇá¸aá¹
gÄndharva-saá¹jñam iti bhÄrata-vará¹£a-madhye
“Within BhÄrata-vará¹£a, there are nine khaṇá¸as. They are known as (1) Aindra, (2) KaÅ›eru, (3) TÄmraparṇa, (4) Gabhastimat, (5) KumÄrikÄ, (6) NÄga, (7) Saumya, (8) VÄruṇa and (9) GÄndharva.â€
