yata gopa-sundarī, kṛṣṇa tata rūpa dhari',
sabÄra vastra karilÄ haraṇe
yamunÄ-jala nirmala, aá¹…ga kare jhalamala,
sukhe kṛṣṇa kare daraśane

 yata - as many; gopa-sundarÄ« - beautiful gopÄ«s; kṛṣṇa - Lord Kṛṣṇa; tata - that many; rÅ«pa - forms; dhari' - accepting; sabÄra - of all; vastra - covering cloths; karilÄ haraṇe - took away; yamunÄ-jala - the water of the YamunÄ; nirmala - very clear; aá¹…ga - bodies; kare jhalamala - glitter; sukhe - happily; kṛṣṇa - Lord Kṛṣṇa; kare daraÅ›ane - sees.

“Kṛṣṇa expanded Himself into as many forms as there were gopÄ«s and then took away all the garments that covered them. The water of the river YamunÄ was crystal clear, and Kṛṣṇa saw the glittering bodies of the gopÄ«s in great happiness.
