eta kahi' krodhÄveÅ›e, bhÄvera taraá¹…ge bhÄse,
utkaṇṭhÄ-sÄgare á¸ube mana
rÄdhÄra utkaṇṭhÄ-vÄṇī, paá¸i' Äpane vÄkhÄni,
kṛṣṇa-mÄdhurya kare ÄsvÄdana

 eta kahi' - saying this; krodha-ÄveÅ›e - in the mood of anger; bhÄvera taraá¹…ge - in the waves of ecstatic love; bhÄse - floats; utkaṇṭhÄ - of anxieties; sÄgare - in the ocean; á¸ube mana - merges the mind; rÄdhÄra - of ÅšrÄ«matÄ« RÄdhÄrÄṇī; utkaṇṭhÄ-vÄṇī - words of anxiety; paá¸i' - reciting; Äpane - personally; vÄkhÄni - explaining; kṛṣṇa-mÄdhurya - the sweetness of Kṛṣṇa; kare ÄsvÄdana - tastes.

ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu spoke these words in a mood of anger as He floated on waves of ecstatic love. Merged in an ocean of anxiety, He recited a verse spoken by ÅšrÄ«matÄ« RÄdhÄrÄṇī expressing the same emotion. Then He personally explained the verse and thus tasted the sweetness of Kṛṣṇa.
